Single-family home with swimming pool, located on the outskirts of Caldas da Rainha, designed with a modern architectural style that prioritizes integration with the surrounding landscape. The simple and elegant volumetry is combined with large glazed areas, maximizing natural light and establishing a direct connection with the outdoors. The pool and outdoor leisure area give the home a welcoming and functional feel, ideal for family gatherings and relaxation.
This project was fully developed by the MKM teams and our partner AKURA, including 3D modeling and rendering. This phase provided the client with a realistic vision of their future home, allowing for timely adjustments and serving as an essential element in technical monitoring throughout the project.
