The PIO 7 Building is a residential development in downtown Caldas da Rainha, comprising 10 units. The project is the result of the careful rehabilitation of a historic property, enhancing its original identity and integrating elegant and contemporary architectural solutions.

In addition to the careful restoration, the building underwent a significant expansion, both in height and length, transforming the former building of only 4 units into a new configuration with 10 residential units.
